$40.00 PER SESSION The core offering at RizFit, semi-private training is similar to private training packages except participants share their training times with up to 2 other people at a reduced cost. All based off your needs. Or purchase monthly packages:
2 sessions per week for 4 weeks - $320 per month. (Includes free access to open gym) 3 sessions per week for 4 weeks - $480 per month. (Includes free access to open gym and large group training) |
PROGRAM DESIGN W/ GYM
$120.00 PER MONTH RizFit creates a month-long workout program to be used in the open gym. This option requires an initial consultation with trainer, and once each month thereafter for check-ins, evaluations, and goal setting. |

Large group training is an exercise program that targets generalized fat loss, muscle building, and performance, and it caters to groups of 5 - 15 participants. While it does not offer the same level of program personalization and scheduling flexibility as private and semi-private training, RizFit’s group training differentiates itself from other group training models on the market by tailoring the group program to individual participants based on their assessment results.
